Abstract:Endometrial repair involves the proliferation of endometrial cells,re-epithelialization,and vascular remodeling. This physiological process is precise and complex, modulated by multifactorial determinants, and closely related to endometrial receptivity and embryo implantation. The incidence of infertility due to endometrial damage is increasing annually, and patients with severe endometrial damage are significantly troubled.Consequently, elucidating the molecular mechanisms related to endometrial repair is of utmost importance. However, research on the signaling pathways associated with endometrial repair is currently limited, and many molecular mechanisms remain unexplained.Accumulating evidence implicates that endometrial repair is closely associated with the MAPK,PI3K/AKT,TGF-β,Wnt/β-catenin,and Notch signaling pathways. This review summarizes the research progress of these signaling pathways in the context of endometrial repair.
