Abstract：Chikungunya fever is a mosquito-borne infectious disease caused by the Chikungunya virus,which is characterized by joint pain,arthritis,and rashes,and may also be accompanied by neurological problems.Currently,there is currently no approved specific drug or vaccine.To promote the research on the diagnosis and treatment of Chikungunya fever,this review summarizes the research progress on Chikungunya virus,including its epidemiology,pathology,diagnosis,and treatment methods,in order to provide a comprehensive reference for in-depth research and effective prevention and control strategies of Chikungunya fever.
