Clinical progress in the treatment of pediatric primary vesicoureteral reflux

Abstract:Primary vesicoureteral reflux(VUR)in children is defined as the process of urine flowing back into the ureter and kidneys,making it a common condition in pediatric urology.Clinically,there are various treatment options for VUR,including prophylactic antibiotic therapy and various surgical interventions.However,there is currently no unified treatment standard both domestically and internationally.It is generally recognized that treatment measures should be selected based on the specific conditions of individual patients.This article provides a review of the treatment methods and indications for primary vesicoureteral reflux in children.
