Design and application of computer program to manuscripts management in periodical editorial board
Abstract：Obsjective: To improve the quality and efficiency in work of periodical editorial board editors. Methods: Application program about manuscript management was compiled by using Microsoft Visual FoxPro 6.0.Results and conclusions: This results of the application showed that the application program about manuscript management could significantly improve the quality and efficiency of editors and achieve automatization (unnecessarily write with pen) in our daily manuscript management.
