GFP used as a reporter gene for optimizing lipofection
Abstract：Objective:To obtain higher efficiency in liposome-mediated gene transferinto CNE-2Z cells.Methods:Transfection efficiencies at different doses of DNA,liposome and transfection time were calculated under fluorescent microscopy using GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein)as a reporter gene.Results:In 35 mm cell culture plate,2 μg DNA with 4μL liposome resulted in the highest transfection efficiency and the morphology of CNE-2Z cell can not saw by using microscopy after 8 h transfection. Conclusion:The experiment implied result show that GFP a convenient reporter gene.
