Comparison of diagnostic value between color doppler energy and color doppler flow imaging for hepatic hemangiona

Abstract：Objective：To compare the diagnostic value between color doppler energy（CDE） and color doppler flow imaging（CDFI）for hepatic hemangioma．Methods：Combined with pulsed-wave Doppler，blood flow characteristics of 36 hepatic hemangioma in 28 patients were studied by CDE and CDFI，respectively．Results：CDE had a significantly higher sensitivity than CDFI in showing intrahepatic blood flow of hemangioma（94．4％vs28．9％，P＜0．01）．Conclusion：CDE is superior to CDFI in diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma．
