Abstract：Objective：To study the effects of combination of quercetin monosulfate and 5’-chloro-5’-deoxyadenosine on platelet aggregation induced by thrombin in rabbits．Methods：platelet aggregation was analysed by tubidimetry．Results：Both quercetin monosulfate and 5’-chloro-5’-deoxyadenosine had inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation，the combination of them enhanced those effects．Conclusion：Quercetin monosulfate in combination with 5’-chloro-5’-deoxyadenosine had synergetically inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation．
