Abstract:Objective To consctruct a developmental model of children's size perception based on animal ele-ments,thereby providing effective computer-assisted assessment and rehabilitation training tools for the scientific,sys-tematic,and precise evaluation of children's size perception abilities. Methods A theoretical framework for a size per-ception assessment and training system was established using a two-round Delphi expert survey combined with hierarchi-cal analysis for factor selection.Animal elements were incorporated to construct a comprehensive question bank and to dig-itize the system. Results The resulting assessment and training system comprises three levels of factors.Expert consulta-tions via the Delphi method yielded a 100%positive response rate(n=10),with an authority coefficient of 0.81,coordi-nation coefficients of 0.27 and 0.31 in rounds one and two respectively, and variation coefficients ranging from 0.12 to 0.30 and 0.11 to 0.24.The system includes 201 difficulty levels, forming a question bank that encompasses millions of items through the integration of 42 different animal elements. Conclusion The constructed model exhibits high reliability and scientific rigor. Its rich question bank and alignment with children's cognitive development patterns make it a promis-ing tool for the rehabilitation assessment and training of children's size perception.
