Abstract：With the increasing use of balance equipment in rehabilitation,it is essential to provide standardized guidance and recommendations for its clinical application in China.This consensus focuses on balance function assessment and rehabilitation equipment based on pressure sensor recognition.It discusses the principles,measurement indicators,functions,and classifications of such devices,along with their clinical applications,including indications,contraindica-tions,adverse reactions,adverse reaction management,and equipment safety.Furthermore,recommendations for clinical application in conditions such as stroke,Parkinson's disease,musculoskeletal disorders,spinal cord injury,and the eld-erly population are provided.The latest research findings are referenced to offer clinical guidance for the optimal use of balance function assessment and rehabilitation equipment based on pressure sensor recognition.
