Immunocellular research and cellular therapy in autoimmune diseases

Abstract：By introducing the application of single-cell technology in the research of autoimmune diseases,this article highlights its crucial role in the analysis of cellular heterogeneity.Key technologies such as single-cell transcrip-tome sequencing,single-cell immune repertoire sequencing,and single-cell sequencing assay for transposase-accessi-ble chromatin sequencing are elucidated.The potential of these techniques in the analysis of immune cells and research on disease treatment is discussed.Additionally,the article explores the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases,encompassing genetic and environmental factors.It delves into cellular treatment methods,including stem cell therapy,immune cell therapy,and gene-modified cell therapy.The article emphasizes the potential and challenges of cellular therapy in the treatment of autoimmune diseases and explores possible directions for future development.
