Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based bundle nursing strategies in pre-venting venous thromboembolism(VTE)among inpatients. Methods High-quality evidence related to VTE prevention was systematically retrieved from both domestic and international sources. The selected literature was combined with clini-cal context and discussed in expert group meetings to develop a bundle nursing prevention strategy.Using the i-PARIHS evidence framework as a theoretical framework, the bundle strategy was applied in clinical settings, and its application effect was evaluated. Results After the application of the bundle nursing strategy, the scores of nurses'knowledge,be-liefs,and practices related to VTE prevention were significantly improved compared to before(P<0.05).The nurses'ex-ecution rate of VTE prevention measures for patients was also significantly increased after the intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of VTE among inpatients was noticeably decreased after the implementation of the bundle strategy(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based bundle nursing strategies can enhance nurses'knowledge,be-liefs,and practices related to VTE prevention, leading to a significant reduction in the incidence of VTE among inpatients. This approach holds promise for clinical promotion and implementation.
