Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of pain in outpatients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) and analyze the influencing factors using cloud platform. Methods A total of 140 outpatients with ASO who were discharged after hospitalization from January 2017 to December 2017 were surveyed through a cloud platform. The survey tools included general condition questionnaire, simple pain scale, quality of life scale, chronic pain self-efficacy scale, self-evaluation depression scale, and medication compliance scale. Results Among 140 sent questionnaires, 126 questionnaires were returned, with the recovery rate of 90%. The pain score of patients after discharge was 3.63±1.52. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting patients' pain were pain self-efficacy, smoking, depression, and medication compliance. Conclusion The pain of outpatients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is in moderately lower level. Nursing staff need to strengthen the management of pain after discharge, increase the patient's pain self-efficacy and medication compliance, establish a healthy lifestyle, and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, thus improve the quality of life.
