The study on the reversing effects of Fuzhengquxie Compound on resistance of chronic myeloid leukemia cell K562/A02

Abstract：Objective To study the mechanism Fuzhengquxie Compound on the drug resistance of human chronic myeloid leukemia cell K562/A02. Methods Flow cytometry was used to assess the expression of apoptosis rate of K562/A02 cells after treated with different doses of medicated serum. Results Medicated serum with different doses of Fuzhengquxie Compound significantly inhibited the proliferation and induced cell apotosis of K562/A02 cells in a dose-dependent manner (P＜0.01). Conclusion Fuzhengquxie Compound-medicated serum inhibits the proliferation of drug-resistance K562/A02 cells and induces the apoptosis of K562/A02 cells, thus reverses the multidrug resistance.
