The correlation between FOXL2 and ovarian response

Abstract：Objective To investigate the correlation between FOXL 2 level in follicular fluid and ovary response to exogenous gonadotropins(Gn)during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.Methods Totally 231 infertile patients,who received the treatment of controlled ovarian stimulation(COH),were divided into four groups based on the dose of exoge-nouse gonadotropins,Group A(<2 000 IU),Group B(2 000-2 999 IU),Group C(3 000-3 999 IU)and Group D (≥4 000 IU).Follicular fluid(FF)were collected during oocytes retrieval.The levels of FOXL2 in FF samples were as-sessed by double-antibody sandwich ELISA.Results FOXL2 level in follicular was significantly positively correlated with Gn dose(P<0.05).Among these four groups,significantly higher live birth rate and high -quality embryonic rate were obtained in lower Gn dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion FOXL2 in FF is good marker to predict the ovarian re-sponse and the COH outcome.
