Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of 3-O-C12 -HSL on the CD1d in monocyte derived dendritic cells (Mo-DCs) via PPARγ.Methods CD14 +monocytes were collected by immune magnetic bead , and induced to Mo-DCs by monocyte colony stimulating factor and recombinant human interleukin 4.The Mo-DCs were estimated by 3-O-C12 -HSL and (or) GW9662.The CD1d expression in Mo-DCs was detected by flow cytometry .Results We demonstrate that CD1d molecules expressions in Mo -DCs existed significant difference between GW 9662 group and 3-O-C12 -HSL group (P<0.05).Conclusion 3-O-C12 -HSL promotes the expression of CD1d on the surface of Mo-DCs via PPARγ.
