Preliminary research on the kinetic parameters of pushing manipulation with one finger in vivo and in vitro.

Abstract：Objective To make a preliminary research on the kinetic parameters of pushing manipulation with one finger in vivo and in vitro .Methods The motion curve from pushing manipulation with one finger in vivo and in vitro operated by one skilled doctor were recorded , and the data were collected and preserved Simultaneously .The vertical force, frequency and period were adopted for analysis .Results There was significant difference in maximum pressure be-tween in vivo and in vitro (P<0.01), while no significant difference was found in minimum pressure , frequency, or cy-cle between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Power and frequency are the main features of pushing manipulation with one finger .For the same operator , the difference is mainly reflected in the maximum vertical force between pushing manipulation with one finger in vivo and in vitro .
