Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of dezocine in ambulatory fast -track surgeries .Methods A pro-spective, randomized study was conducted .A total of 120 cases for painless colonoscopic surgery were randomly divided into three groups, Group A(control group), in which bolus propofol (1.5 mg/kg) plus fentanyl (50 μg) were given;Group B, in which bolus propofol (1.5 mg/kg) plus dezocine (0.05 mg/kg) were given;and Group C, in which bolus dezocine (0.15 mg/kg) was given. The vital signs, propofol dosage, and time to wake up were recorded for comparison . Results The vital signs of Group C were significantly stable than Group A and Group B (P<0.05).The propofol dosage of Group B was significantly reduced than that of Group A (P<0.05).The recovery time of Group C was significantly re-duced when comparing with Group A and B (P<0.05).Conclusion dezocine provides satisfactory anesthesia for ambu-latory-ERAS surgery , and can shorten the recovery time .
