Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of intensive care management model on the stress response of cardiac arrest patients receiving cardiac resuscitation .Methods Seventy-eight cardiac arrest patients accepting cardiac resuscitation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ( n=39 ) .All patients received "ABC"con-ventional recovery;subsequent routine care and intensive care management model were given to those in control group and treatment group , respectively .The cardiac resuscitation , blood gas analysis , contents of serum inflammatory factors of stress, and prognosis between the two groups were compared .Results There was no significant difference in the success rates of recovery between the two groups;however, significant higher 60 min success rate and shortened recovery time were observed in treatment group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in baseline SBP , SaO2, serum IL-6 and IL-8 between the two groups .Thirty and 60 min after recovery , the SBP and SaO 2 of the treatment group were significant-ly higher, with significantly lower serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels than those of the control group (P<0.05).Significantly better prognosis, with lower mortality was observed in the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive care management model applied for cardiac resuscitation of cardiac arrest patients can be effectively reduce stress , improve blood gas analysis , and promote the recovery of the patients , thereby enhances the overall efficacy outcome .
