Abstract：Objective To study the cast technique of endovascular embolization using domestic N-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate (NBCA).Methods Endovas-cular injection of NBCA into cerebral arterio-venous malformation (CAVM) in 220 cases was analyzed and evaluated.Results 536 embolizations with different concentration of NBCA was performed in 220 cases.Postembolization angiography showed complete obliteration of AVM in 37 cases,more than 90% obliteration in 55,70%～90% in 97,50%～70% in 21 and less than 50% in 10 cases.Death in 1,transient limb dysfuntions in 3,and no permanent complication were observed.Conclusion Domestic NBCA permeats better and the rate of polymerisation is easily controlled,good cast technique is needed.
