Abstract：Objective To investigate the surface expression of LFA-1 and ICAM-1 on leukocyte of rat in burn shock.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence labeling method was used.Results Compared with the normal control group,the expression of surface LFA-1 and ICAM-1 on leukocyte did not change 2 hour after severe burn.Five hour after burn,the expression of surface LFA-1 and ICAM-1 on RMNs had a falling trend,but there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05).However,the surface expression of LFA-1 on monocytes fell significantly(P＜0.05).But expression of ICAM-1 on monocytes has no changes.Conclusion The surface expression of LFA-1 on leukocyte had a falling trend with the progress of shock.The surface expression of LFA-1 on leukocyte is related to different period of shock.
