Research of the correlation between drug sensitive testin nude mice malignant tumor transplanted from human and PCNA ex-pression
Abstract：Objective To study the relationship between drug sensitive test in nude mouse malignant tumor transplanted from hu-man and PCNA expression. Methods 30 cases fresh tumor from human were transplanted under the capsule of kidney, of to 24 BALB/cnude mice, and mice were divided into 8 groups at random. Two mice in each group were treated by abdominal injection of either anticar-cinogen or normal saline. Histology and PCNA were examined after drug sensitive test. Results The number of transplantation tumor was1 288,400 in control group, with 60.3% of positive growth, 20.8% of no growth, 18.9% of negative growth. 13 kinds of anticarcino-gens were detected, with 51 times sensitive, 52 times fairly sensitive, and 90 times insensitive. 288 transplantation tumor were detectedunder microscope with anoncocyte visible rate of 75.3%. The positive rate of PCNA expression was 69.2% and 70.8% respectively( P> 0.05) in primary tumor samples and control group. Conclusion Malignant transplantation tumor in nude mice human from remains itsprinary biological characteristics. The immunolabelling of PCNA was significantly different between drug sensitivity group and control sen-sitivity of tumor to drug is negatively correlated with PCNA, the expression of which is related to porognosis.
