Screening of the phage genetic engineering antibody library of anti- human angiogenin and production of soluble antibodies
Abstract：Objective To prepare the high effective and soluble genetic engineering antibody of anti - human angiogenin. Meth-ods By using molecular biological methods such as ELISA et al, the high effective recombinant phage antibodies were screened from thelibrary and infected E. coli HB 2151; The soluble antibodies of anti - human angiogenin were expressed. Results High activities solubleantibody of anti- human angiogenin was prepared. Conclusion A way of preparing anti - human angiogenin antibody is established,which may provide an alternative way in treatment of tumor.
