Abstract:To determine the optimal concentration and optimal retention time of sodium dichloroisocyanurate in the slaughtering workshop and pig lairage of slaughterhouses, and the disinfection at different points, this experiment used the viable cell counting method to detect the difference in the number of microorganisms before and after disinfection and studied the disinfection effect of sodium dichloroisocyanurate in the workshop and pig lairage of slaughterhouse. The results show that, considering the cost-effectiveness,this experiment chose an effective chlorine concentration of 450 mg/L for disinfection of the slaughtering workshop. The spray volume was controlled at 200 mL/m2,and the disinfectant was kept in contact more than 15 minutes. Most areas were able to achieve the disinfection effect. The applicable concentration of sodium dichloroisocyanurate in the pig lairage is considered to be 200 mg/L of effective chlorine, with a spray volume of 250 ml/m2.Disinfection for more than 15 minutes can achieve an effect on the ground and walls of the pig lairage.
