Abstract：As current living standards improved,food health and safety have become a highly concerned issue.Traditional large-scale chicken farming supplements antibiotics to feed in order to reduce the occurrence of poultry diseases,increase growth rate,and thus improve yield and economic benefits.The misuse of antibiotics and the resulting food safety issues in poultry meat and egg products are increasingly prominent,posing a serious threat to consumer health.Therefore,the traditional farming has gradually been replaced by the antibiotic-free farming technology aiming for high-quality poultry products.This paper discusses the key points of antibiotic-free rearing techniques for egg-laying chickens,and futher explores and analyzes the disease prevention and control under antibiotic-free rearing conditions,to improve the level of chicken farming and facilitate in supplying high-quality eggs.
