The construction of the rabbit hemorrhagic disease vires VP60 gene in the eukaryotic expression vector and its expression in eukaryotic
Abstract：In this study,VP60 gene of the rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus（RHDV） stain was amplified and cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1 （＋） , named pcDNA-VP60. The recombinant vectors were transcribed and expressed in Vero ceils effectively through indirect immunofluorescence test.
