Sub-acute toxicity test of Zengrujianniu San in mice
Abstract：Kunming mice were used to study the sub-acute toxicity of Chinese medicine powder Zengrujianniu San （ Shengru San） . The mice were grouped randomly and 2, 4 and 8 times doses were fed to them separately to study the sub-acute toxicity of Shengru San in 28 days. The results showed that all the mice lived well. The physical signs, body weight, appearance, behavior, food intake, feed efficiency, organ coefficient, the physiological and biochemical indexes of blood and organ structures all were normal. No obvious sub-acute toxicity was seen in tested animals.
