Vaccination results of four highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome live vaccines manufactured by four different
Abstract：Vaccination results of four highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome live vaccines manufactured by four different companies were evaluated. One hundred and fifteen 32-day-old and PRRS nucleic acid negative pigs were selected randomly. All of them were divided into four groups for immunization. Blood samples were collected at day 0, 28, 48, 66, 86, 106, 126 postimmunization and detected by using the anti-PRRS antibody ELISA test kit manufactured by LSI company. It showed that the vaccination results of four vaccines were good without any adverse reactions. The immunization could last longer with positive rate over 75% at day 126 post one-time immunization.
