The development of the trivalent inactivated vaccine in propolis-adjuvant against Streptococcus groups C,D and E
Abstract：Tivalent inactivated vaccine against Streptococcus groups C,D and E were manufactured by inactivating,concentrating and mixing the cultured Streptococcus strains of group C,D and E with proplis-adjuvant（10mg/dose）.The safety test and immunity test were done in the lab.The results showed that it was safe for pigs,mice and rabbits.The mice were attacked with stains on the 21th day after immunization.The protection ratio against C55138 was 4/5,3/5 and 4/5.The protection ratio against C55938 was 3/5,4/5 and 4/5.The protection ratio against C55914 was 4/5,3/5 and 3/5.All the mice in the control group were dead（5/5）.The pigs were attacked on the 21th day after immunization.The protection ratio against C55138 was 4/4,3/4 and 4/4.The protection ratio against C55938 was 4/4,2/4 and 3/4.All the mice in the control group were dead（4/4）.The immunity results were good.
