The influence of double MEM and conventional MEM on the growth of BHK-21 cell and the proliferation of FMDV
Abstract：The influence of double MEM and conventional MEM on the growth of BHK-21 cell and the proliferation of FMDV was detected by experiments. The results showed that there was not significant difference between double MEM and conventional MEM, but the technic using the double MEM was simple and easy to be controlled and it would be one option for cell culture.
