Isolation and identification of kidney-type strain of avian infectious bronchitis virus
Abstract：A strain of infectious bronchitis virus was isolated from chickens suffered from kidney lesions. The strain was detected by hemagglutination test, dwarfing embryonated chicken eggs, ND interference test, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction test and animal regression test. The results showed that the strain was a nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus and was named SD 1105.
