The Early Features and Forecast Practice for Short-term Rainstorms

Abstract：Breaking the limit of season and month,all kinds of rainstorms are studied.Using self-organizing theory, the author has summarized an united and self contained set of early stage circulation features and criteria with regard to short-term rainstorm forecast.In operational practice,three quality forecast methods for short-term rainstorm are established successfully.
