Abstract：The temperature and precipitation data in Zhanjiang from 1949 to 1999 were analyzed.The climatologicall features of the monthly mean temperature,the maximum temperature,the minimum temperature and precipitation were discussed.The results showed that the mean temperature increased gradually in the past fifty years.The warmest period occurred in the 1990's.The minimum temperature had an obvious warming trend Whereas the marmum tempernture was in descending trend.the main weather phenomena were rain;However the rainfall is decreasing in recent 50 years.
