Abstract:Magnetic resonance technology is safe and radiation-free,and has been widely used in the whole body.Multi-sequence and multi-parameter combined MRI imaging breaks the limitation of single imaging, and can reflect the information of lesion diffusion, perfusion and metabolism through quantitative analysis by DWI,IVIM,DCE-MRI,MRS And other technologies,so as to differentiate and evaluate the benign and malignant of isolated pulmonary nodules from the molecular level.Multi-parameter combined imaging significantly improved the sensitivity and specificity of single imaging, which is superior to single-parameter imaging.Additionally,it demonstrates potential for further analyzing pathological typing of lung cancer.MRI multi-parameter combined imaging is expected to improve the early diagnosis rate and specificity of pulmonary nodules, and provide a more reliable basis for individualized treatment.
