Abstract:Lung cancer is classified into different types according to histopathological characteristics,of which 80%-85%are non-small cell lung cancer.Currently, the treatment of early stage non-small cell lung cancer is mainly based on surgical resection and adjuvant radiotherapy, and chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy or targeted therapy is mainly used in the late stage. The emergence of imaging histology provides a new technical means for the imaging diagnosis and qualitative detection of non-small cell lung cancer and the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy, and has advantages in its detection and characterization,as well as in the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy. This paper reviews the clinical applications of imaging histology in predicting the efficacy of non-small cell lung cancer, formulating individualized diagnostic and treatment plans, and providing assistance in realizing precision medicine.
