Abstract:In this paper,a current conveyor-based memory resistor integrated circuit is designed in current mode, utilizing a second-generation current conveyor(CCⅡ)circuit, which reduces the number of passive components. The circuit exhibits characteristics similar to those of an ideal memristor in that the resistance value of the memristor continuously increases or decreases under multiple successive stimulations with voltages of the same polarity and shows good performance at frequencies up to 150 M.The proposed circuit is based on the current mode of the CCⅡ circuit. The proposed memristor circuit is based on the SMIC 180 nm CMOS process with a 1.2 V dual supply, which can be integrated into the chip, and the performance of the circuit is simulated under different frequencies and capacitance conditions using the Hspice simulation program to achieve an operating frequency of 200 MHz with a power consumption of only 0.319 mW.
