Abstract：Meat and poultry prepared dishes are convenient and fast-food products made from meat.With the improvement of people's living standards and the accelerated pace of life,more and more people are welcoming meat and poultry prepared dishes,leading to an increase in market demand.Currently,research on meat and poultry prepared dishes mainly focuses on improving production efficiency,enhancing product quality,and extending freshness.While these dishes provide convenience and maintain the nutritional content of food,they also face challenges such as fluctuating raw material prices and difficulties in selling across regions.To promote innovation and development in the meat and poultry prepared dishes industry,this paper analyzes the importance and market demand of these dishes in the food industry and proposes improvement measures.Overall,meat and poultry prepared dishes have promising market prospects and will continue to receive significant attention and research.
