Abstract：Objective This article tests the rehabilitation effect of the invention design multifunctional hand rehabilitation training assistant for patients with adversary dysfunction. Methods At the rehabilitation center, randomly selected 60 cases of hospital stroke patients random average group, experimental group A (30 cases) received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the use of accessories training, compared with B group (30 cases) did not use. Results The results showed that compared with group B, patients in experimental A group had higher scores in MAS rating scale, and significantly improved the rehabilitation process of hand function. Conclusion This kind of auxiliary device can improve the effect of upper limb movement dysfunction of the patient obviously.Using the characteristics of low cost and multi element, it can promote the joint separation movement of the fine movement of the upper limb of the patient, improve the contracture of the finger and the state of soft paralysis, and shorten the course of treatment. It is worth popularizing.
