A sufficient and necessary condition for neutral systems

Abstract：In this paper, stability of scale neutral systems is investigated. By frequency and geometry theory, a new sufficient and necessary condition of such systems is established. Our result is concise and easily for computing.Equation of estimating delay bound is directly, so complexity reduced, while previous stability criteria appeared in sufficient condition. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate how to use the result established here.
