Surface detection system of gas spring based on multi-CCD

Abstract：The traditional detections of gas spring are hand touch, seeing, light reflection, light projection and other methods, the detection efficiency and accuracy are low. The characteristics of gas spring are length, cylindrical and smooth surface. We made a kind of gas spring surface detection system based on multi-CCD, which developed by Labview that basically realized the fast, stable, high efficiency and high precision of gas spring surface detection, for the other long rod-type workpiece surface detection, it has a reference significance and the system has been successfully put into the factory.
