Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament 45 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery 45 times MRI, reliance on postoperative MRI image diagnostic analysis, observation indexes including embedded points and the location of the nail, morphology and signal of the ligament reconstruction, presence of complications, such as fiber hyperplasia, edema, inflammation effusion, etc., in accordance with the above signs to rate, was divided into good, general, poor. Clinical according to the Lysholm knee scoring criteria include pain, restlessness, atresia, swelling degrees, claudication, stair climbing, squatting, use support rating eight aspects, scoring 85 points for good (more than 95 points for excellent), divided into fair 84 ~ 65, less than 65 divided into poor. The correlation between MRI performance and clinical Lysholm knee score was analyzed.MRI evaluation of graft integrity is highly correlated with clinical height, which can provide important information for ACL reconstruction.
