The study of the antibacterial effects of bacterial cellulose in the flavonoids

Abstract：In order to explore the bacteriostatic effect of bacterial cellulose load flavonoids drugs, experiment using flat line method and coated tablet method, separation and purification of escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus single colony culture. The method of bacteriostasis is to put a bacteriofiber membrane in the coating of the coated bacteria, which is a bacteriofibrous m embrane, which is produced in the coating of a culture. The study showed that the bacterial cellulose membrane of the flavonoids (quercetin, mulberry pigment and scutellaria baicalensis georgi)had good bacteriostasis effect on e. coli and staphylococcus aureus.
