The existence of symmetric positive solutions for the p-Laplacian two-point boundary value problem

Abstract：This paper deals with the existence of symmetric positive solutions for the p-Laplacian nonlinear two-point boundary value problem, by using the fixed-point index theorem. Sufficient conditions of the existence of at least one or two symmetric positive solutions of this problem are established, respectively.
