Abstract:The research was conducted by analyzing the sludge produced at 130 ℃, 160 ℃, 190 ℃, 220 ℃and 250 ℃for 15 min, 30 min, 1 h, 1.5 h and 2 h by hydrothermal to investigate the effects of hydrothermal reaction temperature and duration on dewatering performance. The specific resistance to filtration (SRF), the sludge volume index and the moisture content of sludge cake were measured to examine the dewatering performance of sludge, and the optimum technological parameters was determined by the result. The research showed that the reaction temperatures had a larger effect on the dewatering performance of sludge than the duration. The dewatering performance was becoming worse first and then becoming better with the increase of the reaction temperature.
