Foreign body removal from the laryngopharynx with 70℃endoscope-the study of 1 000 cases

Abstract：To investigate the scientific use of endoscope to remove foreign bodies from the laryngopharynx. The 1 000 cases outpatient and clinical data that applying 70°endoscope to remove the foreign body from the laryngopharynx are retrospectively analyzed. The result indicates that 70°endoscope is small in size and has little irritation to the laryngopharynx. When 70°endoscope is put into the laryngopharynx, the hypopharynx can be observed. Through the video observation, the view is clearer. Besides, it has amplification effect, which helps to examine and remove the foreign body in oropjarynx and hypopharynx, especially the small foreign body. The scientific use of 70°endoscope to remove foreign body from the laryngopharynx is very applicable in the clinical practice.
