Study on extraction of polysaccharides from Porphyra yezoensis by ultrasonic-assisted alkaline pectinase methods

Abstract：On the basis of the single factor test and orthogonal experiment results, the polysaccharide as evaluated index, the optimum extraction parameters of polysaccharides from Porphyra yezoensis by ultrasonic assisted alkaline pectinase methods were confirmed. The parameters were as follows: hydrolysis temperature of 45℃, alkaline pectinase 0.4%, pH 10.0, hydrolysis duration of 80min. The ultrasonic extraction was carried out after the enzymatic hydrolysis and the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: material liquid ratio of 1:10, ultrasonic temperature of 70℃, ultrasonic time of 80min, and ultrasonic power of 800W, the extraction of rate of polysaccharides was 13.8%.
