Abstract：To discussion on the expectant nursing treatment for the aged with osteoporosis and thoracic waist expectant compression fracture. Retrospective analysis on the 120 patients of the expectant nursing treatment of the aged with osteoporosis and thoracic waist expectant compression fracture was griven, detection vital sign, observation the patient’s condition, direction of the rehabilitation and health education after leave hospital were discussed. effective physical and mental nursing is a necessary condition of the recovery to the 120 patients of the aged with osteoporosis and thoracic waist expectant compression fracture, shorten the rehabilitated time obviously, and gain approving effect.
