Abstract：This paper outlines our efforts to develop a pastry product bearing Foshan’s deep cultural deposits by combining their specific snacks with five district’s speial scenery and cultural history at Foshan as background, for arousing tasters’best impressions to Foshan while enjoying sweet foods. Local cultural elements were collected and retrieved into packaging design by mindmapping mining of Foshan impressions, jigsaw puzzle and creative ideas of keeping up with times were also used for gift packaging making one box with multiple purposes , flexible, and trademark accumulation effects.
