Analysis mass of medical institution disinfection in Fengshun County between 2008 to 2014

Abstract：To analyze disinfection's level of medical institution in Fengshun County, find out the measures to control over nosocomial infections. Using the method of hygienic standard by medical disinfection to do sampling detetion and estimation between 2008 to 2014 according to relative regulations. Checked 330 hospitals, health centres and clinics. tested 7697 goods. The rate of qualified of all surveyed goods was 96.06%, included among these, the germicidal goods was 99.31%, the therapy goods was 89.13%, the health worker’s hand was 92.85%, the rate of qualified at the place to see a doctor was 92.79%, the rate of qualified with dirty water cleaning in hospital was 85.71%. The disinfection level of medical institution was good, but the level of infection control was imbalanced, hospitals were better than health centres, and health centres were better than clinics.
