Abstract：The rice exogenous gene Bar was detected with a new established PCR method. We designed the primers of the rice internal reference gene SPS and the rice exogenous gene Bar, and detected the quality of Bar-transgenic rice. The results showed that the PCR method used in this study to detect positive samples and negative samples was reliable, and could be used as a qualitative detection method on Bar-transgenic detection in rice.
