Abstract：According to the characteristics of the development of horticulture and landscape industry, the changes in the local economy and social demand, reformation of talents cultivation mode in the form of class discussion teaching, experiment teaching, science and technology innovation, course practice and graduation design were carried out.Practical bases construction could significantly promote the cultivation of application, innovative, entrepreneurial talents in agriculture and landscape specialty. Teacher team construction was an important guarantee for talents cultivation mode reform.
